Booking Your Date
To reserve your wedding date, I kindly require the following details:
- Your wedding date
- Your venue/location(s)
- A wedding coordinator or planner (preferred but not required — even partial or day-of planning support helps the day run smoothly)
A signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer will officially secure your date.

What is your photography style?
My work blends documentary storytelling with a refined editorial feel offering both colour and black and white imagery. I focus on honest, emotive moments with a gentle approach to posing and light. You can expect timeless, artful imagery that captures how your day truly felt.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely — I’m based in Ireland and travel across Europe and beyond. My destination collection includes travel and accommodation within EU countries. For weddings further afield, custom arrangements can be made.
Do you offer elopement or micro-wedding coverage?
Yes!— I offer collections for intimate celebrations, from 2-hour elopements to full-day destination stories. Just let me know your vision, and we’ll tailor something beautifully suited to you.
Are your collections customisable?
Completely. Every couple is different, and so is every wedding. We’ll shape the coverage, timeline, and deliverables to match your plans and priorities.
How do we book you?
To secure your date, a signed contract and a 30% retainer are required. The remainder is due two weeks before the wedding.
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking 9–18 months in advance for peak seasons (May–October), especially for destination weddings. Some shorter bookings may be available.
Can we meet you before the wedding?
Yes — We could meet up for a coffee (on me!) and I also offer a video consultation before booking. I also recommend to meet again closer to your date to finalise the timeline.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Yes — I offer gentle timeline guidance to help your day flow naturally, with enough space for light, emotion, and connection.
How many photos will we receive?
Depending on your collection, you’ll receive between 300 and 600+ carefully edited, high-resolution images. Every frame you receive is intentionally chosen.
When will we receive our gallery?
You’ll receive your full gallery within 6–8 weeks. If you choose rush editing, you’ll receive a 20-image preview within 72 hours, and your full gallery in 3 weeks.
Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes — heirloom albums, print boxes, and fine art framed prints are all available. Each album is custom-designed with you and available in velvet, linen, or leather.
Will we receive RAW or unedited files?
No — I deliver only the final, edited images. Every image is carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect the best version of your day.
How many hours should we book?
That depends on your day. Most full weddings are best covered in 8–10 hours. Elopements or intimate celebrations may need less, and multi-day destination weddings more. I’m happy to guide you here.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Second photographers are optional and available as an add-on. They’re great for larger weddings or if both partners are getting ready in different locations.
What if something goes wrong or you're unavailable?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have a trusted network of professional photographers I would call upon to step in — with the same approach, skill, and style. Your memories are protected.
Do you have insurance?
Yes — I carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance, as well as backup equipment at every wedding.
